OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Illuminate Mentoring. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Illuminate Mentoring and Jamie Knapp. These terms and conditions apply to Illuminate Mentoring, Jamie Knapp, www.innerstrength.me, its subsidiaries, owners, managers, past and present employees or volunteers, and affiliated companies. We offer this website, including all information, tools, education, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. If you do not agree, do not use our site, programs, services, or information. By using our services or site, either as a guest or as a site member, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE SERVICE AND SITE TERMS
This site is for use of adults 18 years of age or older only. By using this website or our services, you affirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Courses and services for teens are only to be accessed or purchased by adults for their dependents and may only be used with parent or guardian supervision and permission.
SECTION 2 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
By subscribing to Inner Strength, you gain access to program-specific content for personal use. Upon cancellation of your membership or subscription, you will no longer have access to content, recordings, or replays. The content, videos, images, audio, resources, information, documents, and other content as well as the program and service names, layout, logos, and design are property of Jamie Knapp and Illuminate Mentoring and protected by laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to not use, copy, share, redistribute, repost, alter, publish, or use it in any form for any non-personal use without express written permission.
SECTION 3 – REFUNDS AND SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
No Refunds: To protect the integrity of the transformation and the years of specialized research, experience, and proprietary tools poured into our content, we do not offer refunds. When you purchase a subscription or a coaching package, you are gaining immediate access to intellectual property and a reserved place in our community; therefore, all sales are final.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your member account dashboard. To ensure you are not charged for the following billing cycle, you must cancel or notify us via email at least three (3) business days prior to your next scheduled payment date.
Access Upon Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the member area and replays until the end of your current paid billing period. Once that period ends:

You will lose all access to content, recordings, and the 6-month replay vault.

Any "grandfathered" pricing, lifetime discounts, or promotional rates will be forfeited.

Re-enrollment at a later date will be subject to the then-current market rate.
Prorated Credits: We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion for any reason, including a violation of our community conduct standards (Section 22).
Deep Restoration Path Commitment: Due to the intensive nature of 1:1 coaching and the immediate delivery of the Foundations Library, the first payment of $299 is non-refundable. However, we believe in a "mutual fit." If after your first 1:1 session or first 30 days you feel this path is not for you, you may cancel your remaining payments. Upon cancellation, your 1:1 sessions will cease and your 12-month Circle access will be forfeited.
SECTION 4 – PRIVATE COACHING
Coaching results are highly dependent upon your actions and decisions. Consequently, we cannot guarantee results (since we don't believe in stealing your agency). When you purchase private coaching, you purchase the experience. Refunds will not be given, in whole or in part, if you fail to schedule appointments within the time stated in the plan, miss appointments, or are not satisfied with your results. Your scheduled appointments are reserved solely for you. If you are late to, or miss, an appointment, you forfeit the missed time. Appointments may be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance via the "My Bookings" page.
SECTION 5 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information on this site is not complete, accurate, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors due to inaccuracies or omissions regarding service details, pricing, or service dates and details.
SECTION 6 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices, schedules, and details for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service or schedule of delivery without notice.
SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any membership or purchase. You agree to provide accurate personal and credit card information. If credit card information becomes invalid, you will receive a short grace period to update it before losing access to services and any locked-in rates.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not liable or responsible for any harm or damage caused by using third-party links or services.
SECTION 9 – PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information to us by any means is governed by our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 10 - NOT MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR EMOTIONAL PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Courses, coaching, and all information provided by us shall be considered mindset tools and should not be considered mental health advice, emotional consultation, medical advice, or professional advice in any way. Jamie Knapp is a coach, not a therapist. She does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health conditions or emotional disorders. Customers should consult medical or other qualified professionals about individual conditions or concerns before starting any program or education provided by us.
SECTION 11 – NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
We make no guarantees about the results of your participation in our services or use of our content. It is intended for educational and informational purposes. Testimonials and results of other participants also do not guarantee or imply your results.
SECTION 12 - LICENSE TO USE TESTIMONIALS AND SUBMISSIONS
By posting, submitting, or messaging any comment, idea, image, or video, you grant us an unlimited, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide license to use that material at our discretion for marketing and content creation.
SECTION 13 - MEDIA RELEASE
Our trainings and classes are often recorded. By participating, you give permission for video/audio taken of you to be used for training and marketing purposes. You may choose to remain anonymous by keeping your camera and microphone off.
SECTION 14 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By using our services or site, you release, waive, and discharge Illuminate Mentoring and Jamie Knapp from any liability for any damages, personal injury, accident, illness, or loss resulting from your participation. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any claims or legal fees arising from your participation. You understand that results are based on personal action and are not guaranteed.
SECTION 15 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Illuminate Mentoring and its affiliates harmless from any claim or demand made by any third-party due to your breach of these Terms of Service or violation of any law.
SECTION 16 - FORCE MAJEURE
In the case that our ability to provide services is hindered by an extraordinary event (fire, flood, war, act of God, etc.), we shall not be deemed in breach of agreement.
SECTION 17 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or void, such provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Idaho, United States.
SECTION 19 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and any policies posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any prior agreements or proposals.
SECTION 20 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to change these policies at any time. It is your responsibility to review them frequently.
SECTION 21 - PARTICIPATION IN LIVE, IN-PERSON EVENTS
In the event that you participate in any live program or event, you assume all risk of injury or sickness. You agree to release, indemnify, and discharge us from all liability and claims.
SECTION 22 - TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate any service agreement at our discretion. Disrespect, abuse, negativity, or rudeness toward us or any other person in the program will result in termination without refund.
