Cancellation Policy

Our Shared Commitment: To protect the "frame" of our work together, reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to open that space for another member on the inner strength path. You can easily move your session by going to https://www.innerstrength.me/account/my-bookings or by clicking on "my bookings" in your member account menu. Life Happens: I am a mom, too—I know that fevers and emergencies don't always give 24 hours' notice. If an emergency comes up within that window, please email me at jamie@innerstrength.me as soon as possible so we can handle it with grace. See you soon!

While my work is deeply rooted in emotional restoration and nervous system awareness, it is important to note that I am a Restorative Life Coach, not a licensed mental health professional. I do not diagnose or treat clinical disorders or physical conditions. My coaching is a powerful 'forward-moving' space that focuses on nervous system regulation, self-discovery, and reclaiming your identity. While we may look at your timeline to understand current triggers, we aren't looking back to treat a disorder—we are looking back to clear the path for your future.
