BOOKING POLICY: One of the biggest enemies to progress is self-sabotage, so we strongly encourage you to book your appointments at a regularly scheduled weekly or bi-weekly time. If you do have a conflict, appointments may be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance if another time slot is available. ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE HELD WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF PURCHASE, or remaining appointments will be forfeited. Appointments can be booked online through your member account under "book online" or by going to https://www.innerstrengthparenting.com/book-online. 2. NOT MENTAL HEALTH CARE: you understand that personal coaching is not intended to treat or cure any mental, emotional, or physical disease or condition. 3. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY: You affirm that you know growth requires real effort and consistent action on your part, so Jamie Knapp and Illuminate Mentoring cannot guarantee your results.
